I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were nice and clean, but I did notice a strange smear on the wall. There was a perfume-like smell that seemed overpowering at times, and the noise level was a bit higher than I would have liked. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel rooms were decent sized with a king bed, microwave, mini refrigerator, small square desk with a chair, and easy chair. Although really clean and smelling great, there was a noticeable lingering smell of smoke, giving off an impression of being smoked in for years.

The hotel had some positives like being neat and clean with no stains, but the walls were full of holes. The service was pleasant, but could improve customer service skills. The location was convenient to various attractions, but some areas needed attention like the presence of dog hair. The dining options were decent with a variety offered, although the cold options were later compared to pricier warm choices nearby.

The location was average, with easy access to I-29 and 13 Ave but struggling to attract good customers. The dining options were somewhat limited but included a generous selection for breakfast. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

I had a pleasant stay at the Best Western. The rooms were clean and up to date, making it a comfortable choice. Despite feeling a bit cramped, I would still recommend this hotel for a neat and clean experience.
